1. Payments & Token Money

To ensure commitment and cover initial resource costs, the following payment terms apply:

• Advance Payment (Token Money): A mandatory advance payment of 50% of the total project value is required before any work begins.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared upon project completion, before the website is made live or credentials are shared.
• Late Fees: If the final payment is delayed by more than 7 days, a late fee of up to 5% per week may be applied at our discretion.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully:

• If the project is cancelled within 24 hours before any work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting transaction charges.
• If the project is cancelled midway by the client, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.
• Any refund consideration is solely at the discretion of Delhi Web Designing.

3. 1-Year Free Technical Support

Each completed project includes 1 year of limited technical support:

• Included: Bug fixes, server errors, crashes, and small text or image updates taking under 15 minutes.
• Not Included: New features, redesigns, content entry, third-party issues, or code altered by others.
• Repeated or excessive support requests may be treated as billable.
• After one year, support will be chargeable under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

4. Client Responsibilities

• Content Delivery: All content must be provided by the client. Delays will extend the project timeline.
• Approvals: Design approvals must be given within 3 days to avoid delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

Delhi Web Designing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our services.
